These terms apply to purchases from NVE NATURALS LLC. Please review them before placing an order.
No-refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including opened or unopened products.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law, including those relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered goods.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has not arrived, contact nvenaturals@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos where relevant so we can review the issue and any remedy required by law.
Orders and payment
Please check your selected products, quantities, and delivery details before submitting an order. The checkout displays your order total and any applicable shipping charges and taxes. Stripe handles payments.
Glow Circle rewards
Signed-in members earn one point per whole US dollar of merchandise after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, when payment is confirmed. 500 points may be redeemed for $10 off an order with at least $10 in products. A friend’s referral code gives $10 off your first paid member order and awards the referrer 500 points after payment. Self-referrals and combining referral discounts with points are not allowed. Each person may use a referral discount once; creating extra accounts to obtain discounts is not permitted.
Points reserved at checkout are restored if the checkout expires or is canceled before payment. Refunds, including partial refunds, reverse that order’s earned points and referral credit and restore redeemed points; a balance may become negative if those points were already used. Points have no cash value. Test purchases and rewards are kept separate from real purchases. Review rewards, welcome bonuses and tier perks are not offered.

Review the product description, ingredients, directions, and warnings before purchasing or using a product. Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Contact us before purchasing if you have a question about ingredients or suitability.

For order questions or change requests, email nvenaturals@gmail.com with your order number. Contacting us does not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, that law takes precedence over our no-refund policy.
